Training in Croatia is one of our latest themed trips where we combine training, wellness for mind and soul and sailing in one of Europe's most beautiful sailing areas in Croatia.

Join us for a week of soulful training in Croatia in May - a trip for those who want to rediscover the spark, playfulness and joy of movement and get the tools to find a better balance in everyday life.

Our training coach Ulrika Andersson has over 20 years of experience in training and health and believes in a holistic approach where body, mind and soul work together to create long-term health and well-being. During the week you will sail with a group of like-minded people through Croatia's beautiful archipelago - while taking part in fun workouts, relaxation for body and mind, inspiring lectures, talks and much more.

SOULFUL TRAINING + SAILING

About the training

During the week, you will have the opportunity for four training sessions a day where we alternate running, functional training, yoga, meditation and inspiring lectures. For example, the day might start with a sunrise run followed by a strength-focused workout for different muscle groups at lunch. Later in the afternoon, there could be a yoga session with a focus on breathing exercises. The day ends with, for example, meditation where we practice active presence, while Ulrika tells us more about how to regulate your nervous system.

Training is interspersed with good meals on board the boat and the opportunity to discover cozy villages in the evenings where you can enjoy dinners at local authentic restaurants. For those who want, there is also the opportunity for a coaching conversation about well-being, diet, stress management, etc. To get tools that you can build on in your everyday life.

Ulrika Andersson has over 20 years of experience in training and health and is, among other things, trained as a personal trainer, yoga teacher, holistic coach, dietician, stress & relaxation educator, running coach and group exercise instructor.

She is passionate about helping people develop and create balance in life and aims for you to leave every training, class or session with new energy, increased awareness and the feeling that you are one step closer to your best self. Through a holistic perspective, she strives to inspire both physical and mental well-being - so you can return home with new energy and insights for a sustainable lifestyle.

What is included?

- Flight ToR from Stockholm or Gothenburg including checked baggage
- Transfer ToR between airport and boat
- Share in a double cabin on a sailing boat
- Swedish skipper in charge of the boat
- Swedish host who guides and cooks on board
- Breakfast, lunch and drinks during the trip (beer, wine, soft drinks and water)
- All boat costs such as fuel, tourist tax and final cleaning
- Bedding and towels
- More Sailing carbon offsets the trip to 110%
- Approximately four daily training sessions with a focus on physical and mental well-being (adapted to weather and wind).

A day at sea

Life on board

When you land in Croatia, you and the rest of the guests will be picked up by our transfer who will take you to the marina. While the boat is getting ready for a week at sea with cleaning and stocking up on food and drinks, you have the opportunity to discover the amazing city of Trogir. It is possible to leave your bags with us while you, for example, take a swim at the beach or stroll around and discover the city. When the boat is ready, you will receive a text message from your host couple and then the journey at sea begins.

Morning

Days start with a morning session focusing on mobility, yoga, running or functional strength followed by a delicious breakfast buffet enjoyed in peace and quiet.

In the morning

After breakfast, we cast off and move on to our next destination. If you want to learn a little bit about sailing, winds permitting, then watch out! During the trip there is time to sunbathe, sail, swim, read a book or just enjoy the surroundings and socializing.

Once we have anchored in our lunch bay, we start the second workout of the day followed by a cooling dip in the sea. The host serves lunch which is enjoyed in good company.

Afternoon

In the afternoon we sail on to an undiscovered harbor, idyllic bay or a picturesque town where you spend the night. Here we run the third training session of the day before it's time for dinner.

Evening

In the evening, you will have the chance to enjoy the local cuisine at a cozy restaurant. We end the day with a gathering on the boat where evening meditation or yin yoga is the focus - a nice relaxation before a good night's sleep.

In addition, we offset all internal travel for staff and are mindful of the other impacts the company has - all to be as climate neutral as we can. We do not believe that we are buying a clear conscience through carbon offsetting, but we are doing something concrete to slow down global warming.
