Since 2009, More Sailing has been organizing single trips on a sailboat for people who want to travel alone but not alone. The trips are perfect for those who want to meet like-minded travelers in lovely surroundings, love to discover new places and enjoy being near the sea.
Basically, a single trip on a sailboat is just like any sailing trip with More Sailing. You get a complete package with flights, transfers, boat with Swedish staff, breakfast, lunch and drinks on board the boat. The only thing you pay for yourself during the trip is dinners and activities ashore.
With us, you can book all our trips as a single traveler, but we know that many people are afraid of only ending up with couples or families with children on board the boat, which is why we have specific departures that we call single sailing. Single sailing is for those who travel alone and are open to getting to know new people on the boat during the sailing trip. Our single trips are aimed at those aged 35 and over - perfect for those who want to meet like-minded travelers and stay in lovely environments.
Traveling solo can be scary, but if you find yourself in the right context, it can be one of the best trips you've ever taken. The most common questions we get asked when booking single travel are "Is single travel for me?" and "Will I fit in?", the simple answer is YES. On our singles trips, travelers who are open to getting to know new people and traveling in a group come.
