We are now looking for staff for our various destinations, Croatia and Greece during the summer and the Caribbean during the winter. Working as a skipper
As a skipper for More Sailing, it is of course important that you should be able to sail, but above all you should be a social person with an interest in service and meeting new people. All our boats are registered in Croatia and to drive boats with guests there, a Croatian education is required that corresponds to the ship's officer exam class 8 here in Sweden. All skippers for More Sailing therefore attend this Croatian training on site in Croatia. Meritorious is to have worked in service and to have raced.

Working as a host
Even as a host, you should be boat experienced but above all a happy, positive person with good knowledge of cooking. It is a big plus if you have previously worked with service or in the kitchen. If you also have some kind of nautical competence, it is a big plus.
